What does it actually means for data to be agent-ready?

The obvious answer is APIs. MCPs. Easy to plug into your workflow.
But that's just the piping. It moves data. It doesn't make the data any different.
If what's behind the pipe is the same enrichment fields - company size, industry, job title, revenue etc. - then your agent is not really smart.
And it'll produce the same generic output.
The deeper question is whether the data carries domain context.
Pain points. Insights that actually mean something in your market.
Insight into why a prospect would care.
Not just "here's a list of CTOs in fintech."
But "here's why these CTOs might be feeling this problem at this moment."
That context has to come from two places.
The provider doing the work to encode it.
And you bringing what you know about your own ICP (with intent based queries).
