The Market Moves. Your Account List Does Not.

Most account lists are built on one assumption - the market is a static entity
You enumerate your TAM once, build a wishlist, operate as if that snapshot stays true.
But a company's readiness to buy is a function of what's happening inside them right now.
Their growth bets - Their strategic internal directions - The initiative that just collapsed or was reprioritized.
None of that is captured in a list built from firmographic and technographic data 12 months ago.
Static lists confuse eligibility with readiness.
A company can be perfectly ICP-eligible with zero active pain.
Another company, one that might not even fit your ICP box, could be acutely feeling the exact problem you solve today.
The static list never surfaces that second company.
You end up overfitting pain narratives onto accounts that don't have the pain. While the actual signal exists elsewhere.
The market is a living entity. Accounts graduate in and out of relevance based on real-time conditions.
