I was taking an evening stroll in SF yesterday and I saw someone rushing towards me.
I was scared but then I realized it was a customer who was trying to execute a new workflow we had announced the same morning.
Always on-support is next level in SF.
Many of our best customers are concentrated in a SOMA / Mission Bay.
So you are never really away from your customers.
I helped them configure the flow - had them test it out.
But there was another enhancement I foresaw while helping them set up the workflow - so I slacked Claude Code to open up a PR for the new feature that would massively unlock workflow value.
Serendipitous customer support & serendipitous shipping are the name of the game in SF.
