From Org Charts to Team Clusters

Finding people at B2B companies is about understanding who at the company is the right person to reach out to.
At startups, mid-market - it's relatively straight forward. You find relatively accurate roles, people decision makers.
It breaks down as the the company scales up - different departments, teams within departments, product lines, teams within product lines etc.
It becomes cumbersome to navigate through at the org chart collapses, team hierarchies get strange, roles get fuzzy & similar.
Not all people mention team names on their profile and it becomes impossible to map a team name to people - it's lossy and incomplete.
Something that gives away these insights at reliable scale is
Interaction clusters between team members,
How densely they are interacting with each other on socials,
Insights present in team event related posts
And layer it with info available on people profile
This gives you a deeper picture.
