Conversational intelligence in GTM (Top of Funnel) comes in two types

Aditya Lahiri

People-level - what individuals are talking about. Pain points, plans, complaints.
Company-level - what organizations are saying about specific pain-points, departmental direction, priorities etc.
Most tools focus on people-level. But the channels are messy:
LinkedIn - mostly plans and knowledge sharing. Raw problem posts are rare. Easy to ICP qualify though - so when the right person posts pain-points, it's worth reaching out. But that's a rare find on Li.
Reddit - unhinged, raw, straight to the problem. Deep context. But impossible to ICP qualify. Too many random accounts. Much noise for sales teams with a quota.
Twitter - somewhere in between.
Here's the issue with all of these: People-level intelligence rarely tells you about company budget, org direction, or departmental priorities.
So where do companies actually talk about their needs? Job postings.
It's a rich text document with deep companies speaking plans and ideas and directions and to-dos.
Stack multiple job postings from one company and you get an aggregated story the company is telling about their needs.
You're ofcourse cannot sneak into prospect's standups. But job postings are the next best thing.
Company-level conversational intelligence. Public. Structured. Inferrable. Leading indicators.
