We over-indexed on credits. Here's the problem.
The idea was: more real-time events, more consumption, more action and more credits consumed.
What we didn't account for: the consumer was a human.
GTM teams are buried.
Action on real-time triggers get missed. List based outbound becomes the norm.
But markets don't wait for you to make a list when you have the time.
Continuous Event based outbound is not optimized for human consumption.
Always on Agents change this. Always-on agents don't batch but rather execute downstream tasks based on real-time events.
