Agent Enablement Is Already Here

Here's what's actually happening in my day-to-day right now:
We provide high quality support and debugging over Slack. It's where we talk to customers.
Something interesting has started happening.
Customers now have AI agents/clawdbots that they feed our Slack conversations into. The agent ingests it, figures out what needs to happen, calls the right APIs and MCPs, and replies back.
The human on their side is essentially just a relay.
I'm not talking to my customer. I'm talking to their bot.
And I only realized how real this had gotten when I looked at how my own messages had changed. I've started writing things like:
"Hey agent, you'd need to do it this way..."
Fascinating times to be in.
